Worry less

Saying "Yes" to happiness is all about learning to say "No" to the things and people that stress you out.

To truly "live more, you first have to understand that "THE THINGS THAT MATTER ARE NOT THINGS."

You need to really evaluate your things. I mean all of your things. That bread-maker you used once, those boots you love but don't actually wear, that tea set your grandmother gave you but you never use.

To some people that's scary but trust me, once you start simplifying your life you will create time and space to "live more" and worry less as you discover what and who really matters to you.

February is National Library Lover’s Month (in the US) so I've set myself a challenge to read a chapter of a book every day. It's been great escaping to another country in another time period and having some unadulterated me time.

I'm 2 weeks in and I have managed to read at least a chapter of The Miniaturist every day.

I fell victim to social proof and downloaded the app.

Thousands of people around the world meditate regularly and h...

I'm a big advocate for doing less in order to enjoy life more.

One thing I really enjoy is a pure unadulterated PJ day.

I encourage you to dedicate a whole day to staying in your pajamas all day. I'm talking 9-5, wall to wall slobbing and snuggling up on the sofa.

You can do it on your own or with your family but you all need to agree to stay in your PJs all day.

Watch a box set, have a movie marathon, binge on your favorite comfort food, light some candles, take a nap and turn off your phone.

If you really can't take a full day off, try and save up all your jobs and commitments for the afternoon so you can at least have a PJ...
